0.9.5-beta.0 - First public MCon Manager release

First public MCon Manager release

  • Installs, updates, monitors, backs up, and restores the complete local MCon stack on Windows and Ubuntu/Linux.
  • Delivers Manager, API, Ingestion, Web, Remote Agent, Remote Gateway, and Remote App as one coordinated product release.
  • Prepares WSL, Docker, Ubuntu, deployment configuration, license and state folders, media storage, network access, and firewall rules for customer installations.
  • Preserves deployment state and installation identity across updates and validates the embedded runtime payload before use.
  • Keeps operational and self-update logs in a persistent location and includes them in guided diagnostic collections.
  • Provides signed online update catalogs, component-specific image version selection, update checks, and clear controls to install, defer, or skip offered Manager updates.
  • Runs deployment health checks and distinguishes healthy services, missing prerequisites, database failures, and intentional license pauses.
  • Provides backup creation, retention, restore, recovery, and post-restore license-state handling from one desktop application.
  • Guides users through GHCR authentication, network diagnostics, public Remote Gateway configuration, and deployment startup or shutdown.
  • Imports and validates signed online, offline, and mixed licenses and explains their approval, expiry, update entitlement, and installation-binding states.
  • Allows administrators to refresh online license status manually and shows revision, last check, synchronization, and entitlement information.
  • Supports license requests with localized subscription and fixed-price estimates for modules, capacities, durations, update periods, and Remote users.
  • Includes License Generator workflows for offline licenses, paired grace-period licenses, customer and commercial data, quotations, and guarded bulk administration.
  • Manages Remote Gateway settings and encrypted ERP/MES credentials needed by the local deployment.
  • Uses signed Windows packages and a native Ubuntu package built from the same deployment payload.
